Nacho Tacos

Ingredients:

Taco Shells
Taco Sauce
Beef mince
Grated Cheese
2 ripe avocados 
1 small onion 
Olive oil 
1 small tomato 
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 fresh lime) 
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Buy your Taco Shells at any food store with the Taco Sauce (Salsa).

1.    Heat a little oil in a pan & cook onion soft. Brown beef over high heat for 3 min. Add Taco Seasoning ( comes in the box with Taco shells) and a cup of water. Simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. If you want some more flavour you can add Tomato sauce.

2.    Preheat oven to 180 C. Remove Tacos from Plastic, keep heatproof wedge inside shells to retain shape. Fan Tacos slightly apart on tray and heat for 5 minutes.
Do not heat Taco Shells in Microwave.

3.   Serve Taco Shells Filled with Beef, Cheese, Guacamole and drizzle with Taco Sauce.

Guacamole:

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados 
1 small onion 
Olive oil 
1 small tomato 
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 fresh lime) 
salt and pepper to taste


Method:

Peel avocados and remove the pit 
Peel and mince the onion
Chop the tomato.

Mash the avocado in a bowl (fun for the kids) and then stir in the remaining ingredients. 
Serve cold with the Tacos.
